We hope you love every PopSnow product, but we understand that everyone’s taste is a little different. Please do not hesitate to contact us at customer_service@thepopsnow.com for any concerns or feedback.

General Return Policy

  • You have 14 days to return it from the date you received it.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable, and PopSnow does not cover any costs for the return.
  • Return item must be unused and in good condition.
  • To return an item, email customer_service@thepopsnow.com with "Return" in your email subject, please attach your order number and reason in the email for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and update you on whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges & Refund

  • Exchange or refund requests must be made within 14 days purchase.
  • Please email customer_service@thepopsnow.com with "Exchange" or "Refund" in your email subject, please attach your order number and elaborate you request in the email.
  • Exchange item must be unused and in good condition.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable, and PopSnow does not cover any costs for the exchange.

Damages and Issues

  • Kindly inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us at  customer_service@thepopsnow.com right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
